Sally Ofori-Yeboah

Sally Yeboah is a development professional with extensive experience leading civil society organisations and managing donors, stakeholders, and donor-funded projects and programs.
The past ten years of Sally’s career have been with the Campaign for Female Education (CAMFED), Ghana, where she rose through the ranks and developed her leadership in people management, community development, and capacity building. She joined CAMFED Ghana in 2013 as Manager of Further Education, spearheading the implementation of a program that supported over 3000 young women through post-secondary education and preparation towards leadership.
In 2019, Sally was promoted to Head of Programmes, overseeing all CAMFED programmes covering secondary education, transition to tertiary, tertiary education, entrepreneurship, and post-school leadership training. In 2020, she rose to the position of National Director, in which capacity she led the Ghana team to equip over 30,000 young women to create jobs for the youth. She transitioned into an Executive Advisor role in May 2023, contributing her expertise to advance CAMFED’s mission.
Sally holds a Commonwealth Executive Masters in Public Administration from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, a certificate in Executive Management and Leadership, a certificate in Executive Women’s Leadership from Yale University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from the University of Ghana.
Sally is currently training to become a counsellor. She enjoys connecting with young people on her Sal’s Safe Space platform, where she provides guidance to support young people to make informed decisions.
