Board Secretary and Program Specialist

Molly is an education professional with almost a decade of global program management experience under her belt. She began her career with Peace Corps in Ghana as a Youth and Development Advisor in a rural cocoa farming village. Upon her return to the US, she joined the Yale Young African Scholars Program where she managed academic and leadership programming for students across the African continent. Her passion for career access led her to McKinsey & Company as a recruiter and facilitator of diversity leadership programs. She has expertise in writing leadership curricula, managing educational programs, and working with young people in need. Molly holds a bachelor’s in International Relations from American University and a Master of Education from Harvard University. She is excited to continue to use her expertise and experience to enhance the lives of youth across the globe.
