Linda has an extensive experience, knowledge and skill in the Financial Planning, modeling and analysis to effect both strategic and tactical business decisions. She has held various positions in both software applications management to streamline Financial reporting processes for major healthcare organizations such as Yale New Haven Health System, and currently at the Yale School of Medicine, Pediatrics department as a Financial Analyst. She is the founder of LindShal LLC, an Employee Engagement & Retention Consulting Firm. She is an Author, and recently released her Bestseller Book, The Watchman, as well as a journal series called Gratitude Unlocks Miracles. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, and a master’s in Business Administration. Linda is extremely passionate about making a difference in the lives of anyone she meets, especially children, and the youth, hence happy to be part of the StepUp Ed team to serve.
