Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist

Joel is a Monitoring and Evaluation specialist with an extensive research (qualitative and quantitative), evaluation and learning background, who upholds planning and executing grant processes and tracking grantee results through monitoring, evaluation, evidence gathering and learning. Joel provides strategic leadership to ensure quality data collection and evaluation, compliance, measurement, and dissemination of organizational impact, with 12 years’ work experience in the development sector. He has strong technical capacity and experience leading teams in designing programs, conducting training, leading monitoring, and evaluating programmes. He has worked with local and international NGOs, donors, government sector agencies, and the private sector. Joel has authored a research publication, has experience working in all 16 regions in Ghana, and holds a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree in Monitoring and Evaluation.
