Emmanuel holds a Bachelor's degree in BSc Business Administration (Accounting specialization) from the University of Ghana Business School, as well as a Master of Philosophy in Development Finance from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). He is a proud member of the Chartered Institute of Development Finance in South Africa. With over eight years of professional experience, Emmanuel has provided valuable support to countries such as Ghana, Senegal, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Chad, Rwanda, Zimbabwe, Kenya, Sao Tome and Principe, Togo, Guinea, Sierra Leone, Benin, Cameroon, Equatorial Guinea, and Nigeria. He has cultivated a robust expertise in various financial systems, including accounting systems and software management, internal control, financial audit, budgetary control, donor financial reports, grant-making processes, support for call for proposals, payroll processing, local and international tax laws, exchange rate negotiations, bank reconciliation, petty cash management, vendor and invoice payments, asset and stock management, month-end books closing, donor queries, procurement, and general administration. Emmanuel's contributions extend to working with renowned international donors such as USAID, UKAID, SIDA, World Bank, GIZ, Global Fund, Queen Trust - UK, UNICEF, IKEA Foundation, and MasterCard Foundation.
